About the Dada8 Affiliate Program
The Dada8 Affiliate Program enables partners to monetize traffic by referring players to Dada8's online casino portfolio. Commissions are calculated on Net Revenue generated by referred players and paid in accordance with the schedule and terms described herein.
Commission Structure and Performance Tiers
We employ a tiered revenue-share scheme based on monthly First Time Depositor (FTD) activity from referred players. The tiers are:
- 0–1 FTD: 30% share
- 2–4 FTDs: 35% share
- 5–10 FTDs: 40% share
- 11+ FTDs: 50% share
All shares are calculated on Net Revenue and adjusted for refunds, bonuses, and chargebacks. There is no negative carryover of balances from month to month.
Payouts, Timing, and Currency
Payouts occur monthly after reconciliation. Net Revenue equals gross revenue generated by referred players minus approved deductions such as bonuses, refunds, and chargebacks. Payouts are issued in the affiliate's chosen currency, subject to the program's published minimum payout threshold. Specific timing and thresholds are published in the Affiliate Portal and may be updated from time to time.
Tracking, Attribution, and Reporting
Affiliates receive unique tracking links and access to an online reporting dashboard. Attribution is based on a last-click model within the agreed attribution window. Cookies and similar technologies are used to recognize referred users for purposes of attribution, subject to user consent and applicable law.
Marketing Assets and Collaboration
Affiliates have access to banners, text links, and landing pages. High-performing partners may receive exclusive landing pages or bespoke materials to optimize conversion. All assets must comply with brand guidelines and applicable advertising standards. The program reserves the right to withdraw assets that do not comply with legal or ethical requirements.
Compliance, Privacy, and Responsible Gambling
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, data protection, anti-money-laundering, and responsible gambling requirements. Affiliates should avoid marketing to minors or otherwise restricted audiences. Personal data processing is described in the Dada8 Privacy Notice and the Affiliate Agreement. Partners must ensure that privacy notices accompany their marketing where required by law.
Onboarding, Agreements, and Termination
To participate, applicants register via the Affiliate Portal, complete the verification steps, and execute the Affiliate Agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with notice; upon termination, pending earnings and eligible commissions will be paid in accordance with the reconciliation cycle. All use of Dada8 marks and assets terminates on cancellation unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, earnings are not guaranteed and depend on referred player activity. Dada8 reserves the right to modify terms with notice. The program's liability is limited to amounts actually paid to the affiliate under the Affiliate Agreement; in no event shall liability exceed the total commissions earned in the most recently completed period.
