Scope and General Principles
This Bonus Policy governs all bonus offers available to players registered with Dada8 and forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. Individual promotions may include supplementary terms; where the promotion-specific terms conflict with this policy, the promotion terms prevail.
Eligibility and One-Bonus Rule
Only one active bonus is permitted per player, per household, per payment method and per device. Bonuses are not cumulative across deposits or promotions. Attempts to circumvent the one-bonus rule, including the use of multiple accounts or associated payment methods, may result in withdrawal of all bonuses and winnings and possible account suspension.
Activation, Validity and Minimum Deposit
Bonuses are activated upon acceptance or as specified in the promotion. To qualify for a deposit bonus, the minimum qualifying deposit is €20 or the equivalent in the account currency. A bonus balance remains valid for 10 days from activation unless the offer states a different period. If wagering requirements are not satisfied within the validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the account.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion, the standard requirements are 50 times the initial bonus amount and 40 times the winnings from Free Spins. Some offers may specify different figures; always review the offer terms. Wagering contributions by game type are generally: Slots and Keno 100%; Table and Card Games 0%; Video Poker 0%; Craps 0%. Live Casino and Jackpot games are not eligible for wagering while a bonus is active. The platform may restrict or exclude certain games from wagering; the current status of game eligibility is available in the Bonus Information section of the platform.
Balance Separation and Use of Funds
During an active bonus, bets are funded from the Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are used only when the Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake. If a bet uses both Real and Bonus balances, winnings are allocated to the Bonus balance until wagering requirements are met or the bonus is consumed.
Maximum Release and Non-Deposit/Deposit Bonuses
There is a cap on the amount that may be released from a bonus into Real Balance. Non-deposit bonuses (including Free Spins winnings) are capped at €25. Deposit bonuses are capped at 10 times the bonus amount. Free Spins winnings are capped at €100. If a bonus is non-cashable, any remaining balance that would otherwise be transferred to Real Balance shall remain in the bonus balance and not be withdrawable.
Cancellation, Withdrawal and Forfeiture
A bonus may be canceled before wagering requirements are met by contacting Customer Support. Cancellation removes the entire bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. You may withdraw before completing wagering, in which case the Bonus Balance is removed and only the Real Balance remains eligible for withdrawal. If a withdrawal is reversed after a bonus has been claimed, the cancelled portion will not be re-added to the account.
Betting Limits During Bonus
During an active casino bonus, the maximum permitted bet is €5 per wager. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the enforcement of wagering controls or disqualification from withdrawal eligibility.
Game Contributions and Restrictions
Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots and Keno contribute 100% toward wagering; Table and Card Games, Video Poker and Craps contribute 0%. Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted from contributing toward wagering while a bonus is active. Some games may be explicitly excluded or credited as 0% toward wagering; refer to the Bonus Information section for the current list of eligible and ineligible games.
Irregular Play and Compliance
We monitor accounts for irregular or abusive play. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, hedging bets, low-margin or zero-risk betting patterns, rapid currency switching, or attempts to manipulate wagering requirements. If irregular play is detected, we reserve the right to revoke bonus eligibility, void winnings, and suspend or close the associated account. We may also withhold or reclaim funds in cases of suspected fraud or violation of this policy.
Promotions, Changes and Communications
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend bonuses or promotions at any time without prior notice. Cancellations do not affect awards already redeemed unless specified. Promotional offers transmitted via email or platform messaging are tied to direct communications from us; opt-out requests may affect future eligibility as permitted by applicable laws and our privacy policy.
Account Currency and Eligibility
Bonuses are credited and settled in the account’s configured currency. All amounts and thresholds are stated in the account currency. If a promotion is delivered via direct communication, eligibility is limited to recipients who received that communication directly from us.
Support and Opt-Out
Players may request to block future bonuses by contacting Customer Support. Such requests will be honored where feasible, and the player will no longer receive bonus promotions going forward.
